Day 39: Life Maps

Objective: ASWBAT write clear and accurate notes. ASWBAT create thoughtful life maps.

1. Look at the image for today's post. Open your Brain to page 46 and answer the following question in a one paragraph response: "Make an inference: how is this image related to today's lesson?"

2. Look at the Criteria For Success for taking notes in class. Track Mr. Herrera as he presents Life Maps. Take Cornell notes on page 46 of your Brain below the paragraph you just wrote. Write an accurate summary of your notes when you are finished. Now look at the CFS for taking notes and see if you met all criteria.

3. Track Mr. Herrera as he models his own Life Map. On a post-it note, write 3 things you learned about Mr. Herrera.

4. Look at the Criteria for Success for a Life Map. Create your own Life Map using www.popplet.com or www.prezi.com (You may need to retrieve your password or create a new account). Note: If you cannot log in to these accounts, you will need to create your Life Map on paper.

Options for Academic Free Time:
1. Check out the class website for things to do if you are finished early!

Homework:
