1. Track Mr. Herrera as he explains how to accurately summarize text.
2. Track Mr. Herrera as he re-reads Louie, His Cousin, and His Other Cousin (p. 23-25). Then summarize the chapter in complete sentences.
3. With your small group, re-read Marin (p. 26-27). Then have one group member open a Google document and work with your teammates to accurately summarize this chapter. You should have at least 5 precise, summarizing sentences.
4. Individually, re-read Those Who Don't (p. 28). Open another Google document and accurately summarize this chapter in 3 precise sentences. Re-read your sentences to ensure they are accurate. Then share then with Mr. Herrera @ dannyjherrera@gmail.com.

- Re-read and accurately summarize p. 29-30 of House on Mango Street.
- Get a parent signature for SA #3 parent letter. Discuss your results with your parents. Were you proficient? Why or why not?
